You can’t claim to be good if you’ve never been tempted to be bad. You can’t
claim to be faithful if you’ve never had the opportunity to be unfaithful.
Integrity is built by defeating temptation to be dishonest, humility grows when
we refuse to be prideful and endurance develops everytime you reject the
temptation to give up.
Here is a sweet truth: "Someday, someone will walk into your life and make you
realize why it never worked out with anyone else." Here is the bitter catch:
"When you kept on waiting but nobody came, it means that you’ve already let that
one pass you by."
Don’t shield yourself from pain, never fear pain either. Face whatever it is
that comes your way. Don’t be afraid to stumble and fall, to cry and get hurt.
Dread not those helpless moments, when you can’t even fight your tears back, and
all you can do is stare at something and let time pass. You can only understand
happiness after you’ve felt pain. Life is not fair, it never was, and it won’t
ever be. All we can do is to live it to the fullest.
